Starting Friday, Virginia will host its 10th NCAA baseball regional in program history. The No. 7 national seed Cavaliers welcome Army, East Carolina and Oklahoma to Disharoon Park for the Charlottesville regional. It's the first time since 2016 that coach Brian O'Connor and the Cavaliers have hosted a regional. 'I'm excited that we're back having postseason baseball here in Charlottesville,' O'Connor said in a press conference Thursday. 'Our team is certainly excited about the opportunity that they have earned that's in front of them.
