Great customer service! So helpful in the store when I had lots of questions. Delivery was simple and quick! They sent me an email the night before letting me know the window of time they would be arriving the next day, they called me that morning as well, and then called again 30 minutes before they arrived. It was a perfect amount of communication to where I didn't have to take off a half day of work waiting for a mattress! Great experience!

I want to thank Max, for helping me and my husband find a mattress in our budget. He was very understanding and willing to get right to the point with pricing so there was no haggling. Honesty gets you further then anything in the business world. The mattress came the very next day like he promised. We however ,were not happy with the mattress at all. After visiting with him the very next day, with no sleep, because of the mattress, he was willing to show me other mattresses to meet my needs. Even with an unsatisfied customer because of the product, Max was still willing to do everything to make us happy and will be replacing the mattress to one that better suites us and are sleeping needs. Thanks again. Can't wait for my new mattress, seriously I cannot wait! I need sleep. Lol!
