Flow Automotive Companies, one of the Triad's most successful family businesses, has acquired a group of dealerships in a city where the Flows have a long history. Flow, based in Winston-Salem, has completed the acquisition of eight dealerships from Umansky Automotive Group in Charlottesville. The acquisitions include: Mercedes-Benz of Charlottesville, Umansky Chrysler Umansky Dodge Umansky Honda Umansky Jeep Umansky Ram Umansky Subaru Umansky Toyota As part of the transaction, Flow Automotive is also purchasing the owned real estate property.
